Whereas, Civic Congress LLC™, operating as CivicCongress.US, recognizes that open communication and meaningful public engagement are essential components of education, collaboration, and responsible civic participation; and whereas Civic Congress LLC provides communication channels to allow visitors, members, participants, partners, and members of the public to submit questions, feedback, accessibility requests, business inquiries, and other correspondence related to the Company’s website, services, educational resources, and civic initiatives; and whereas these communication channels are intended to support transparency, accountability, and constructive dialogue while maintaining the voluntary, educational, and independent nature of the Civic Congress initiative;

Civic Congress LLC welcomes respectful inquiries and encourages individuals to contact the Company regarding website questions, membership information, accessibility concerns, educational resources, partnerships, and other matters related to CivicCongress.US.
Communication with Civic Congress LLC does not create a formal advisory relationship, legal representation, employment relationship, government affiliation, or official status. Information submitted through contact forms, email, or other communication methods may be used solely for legitimate business, operational, educational, administrative, and civic engagement purposes consistent with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Civic Congress LLC will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to communications; however, response times may vary depending on the nature, volume, and complexity of inquiries.
