The revised lyrics were authored by Brooke Teal Robbins, Founding Petitioner of the Third Continental Congress – United States of America (Civic Assembly), as a transformative work for civic purposes. This work supports peaceful protest and raises public awareness of constitutional rights—protected under the First, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments—including direct democracy and the enduring principles of self-governance upheld by the Continental Congress. No claim is made to the original copyrighted melody or lyrics.
