The seals used by the Third Continental Congress project are modern commemorative emblems, created as unifying symbols of continuity, civic participation, and public identity. They are not historical reproductions, since no official seals were adopted by the First Continental Congress (1774) or the Second Continental Congress (1775–1781). Likewise, a seal for the Third Continental Congress is necessarily symbolic and anticipatory, as no such body has yet been elected or formally recognized. These distinct designs are therefore intended only as civic symbols representing the voluntary assembly of the people, not as governmental insignia. A nonpartisan symbol of civic unity and democracy — inspired by the legacy of the Continental Congress and carried forward by the people.
